FAQ /

Why is everything sold out?

Generally I sell prints only on a time-limited basis. If you want to be notified when prints and other products go on sale, you can join my Mailing List.

How do time-limited sales work?

When prints go on sale they’re available for a set amount of time (generally somewhere between a few days and a week). The total number of prints sold during that time becomes the edition size. The prints are then produced, signed, numbered, and mailed to you! This keeps the edition size low (protecting the long-term value of the prints) and enables my team and I to give the print run our full attention, delivering a flawless reproduction with meticulous attention to detail. Production times vary with the scale of an edition, but prints usually require a minimum of 5-6 weeks to ship.

I’ve left up a few old listings so you can get a feel for the product details and the sale format.

What about Gideon/Harrow/Nona!?

Due to overwhelming demand, I will be doing a final time-limited print run of the covers for Gideon the Ninth, Harrow the Ninth, and Nona the Ninth when the cover for Alecto the Ninth is revealed. If you want to make sure you don’t forget: the sale will be announced via my Mailing List. To protect the value of the prints from the 1st and 2nd editions, this final edition will be signed in bronze (1st ed. = gold, 2nd ed. = silver), and will be labeled “third edition.” 1st edition and matching 2nd and 3rd edition Alecto the Ninth prints will also be available.

Anything else?

It’s difficult to get a piece of paper to another state (or another country!) in pristine condition, but great pains are taken at every step of the process to ensure a quality delivery. Due to the level of care involved prints are guaranteed against damage, but there are no returns.
